What is stored, what is not, and how conversations are handled.
Original uploads
Original files are not retained. When you upload a document, Spaces processes it and stores only the indexed segments, search representations, and metadata needed for retrieval. The original file does not persist in your Space.
Retrieval indexes
What is stored for retrieval lives inside your Space perimeter. It exists solely to power grounded search and answers — not for any other purpose.
Conversations
Conversations are processed privately and never used to train any model. Saved conversations appear in History; temporary chats are not saved.
Per-Space isolation
Knowledge, Controls, and History are scoped to each Space. Data does not bleed across Spaces.
